FRIENDSHIP First Church, Oneonta, will hold a concert July 22, 10:15 a.m. featuring Charlotte and Amy Langner. A reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. in honor of Charlotte Langner as she retires after 45 years as the church’s organist. Larry Gipson is pastor.
