COOSA RIVER Justin Milliken is the new pastor of Hepzibah Church, Talladega. He previously served in Georgia. He and his wife, Bridget, have three children. Also, Tyler Neloms is the new student pastor at Hepzibah Church. He is pursuing a master’s degree from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
