Pi Kappa Phi fraternity won the Sweepstakes Award in the 2017 edition of Samford University’s Step Sing in Birmingham on Feb. 9–11. First runner-up went to Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and second runner-up went to Sigma Chi fraternity. All participating groups helped raise a record $14,100 for Shauna’s House, a transition home for Ukrainian orphanage graduates through Lifesong for Orphans.
