RANDOLPH William “Billy” Allen is the new bivocational pastor of Pleasant Grove Church, Roanoke. He previously served as pastor of Stovall Church, Greenville, Georgia. He is currently enrolled in Bethany Divinity College and Seminary in Dothan. Allen and his wife, Patsy, have one child and two grandchildren.
