Flourish conference to feature Higgs, Harper

BIRMINGHAM — Things can get overwhelming in the trenches of everyday life. That’s why Connecting Ministries is inviting women from all over the state to be a part of its Flourish conference Feb. 15–16 at Samford University’s Wright Center in Birmingham.

The conference will feature speakers Liz Curtis Higgs and Lisa Harper and will focus on flourishing in the love and light of Christ.

Connecting Ministries is a nonprofit ministry founded by Cheryl Goss aimed at encouraging all women — regardless of denomination, generation or background — in their faith by helping them claim the story God has given them and learn how to find and use their passions and gifts.

Tickets are available at connectingministries.org. (TAB)
