MORGAN Justin McAlpin is the new pastor of Westmeade Church, Decatur. He has served as minister to students at Westmeade since 2012. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, and a master’s degree from New Orleans Seminary. McAlpin and his wife, Amanda, have two children.
