Arnold M. Oliver, a longtime pastor in the Cherokee and Lookout Mountain association, died Sept. 9. He was 87 years old. A retired bivocational Baptist minister of 47 years, his pastorates included Slackland Baptist Church in Leesburg, Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Collinsville, Sand Rock Baptist Church in Sand Rock and Welcome Hill Baptist Church in the Tucker’s Chapel Community.…
