Marilane Carter, a 2008 graduate of Beeson Divinity School at Samford University in Birmingham, is missing.
Alabamians are asked to help spread the word because she was en route to Birmingham.
Traveling from her home in Kansas, she was last heard from Aug. 2 around 8 p.m. near Memphis, Tennessee, somewhere around I-55.
Carter’s husband, Adam, is lead pastor of Leawood Baptist Church in Leawood, Kansas, and is asking for prayers as well as help in the search. He is a graduate of New Orleans Seminary. They have three young children.
Marilane, 36, was driving a 2011 dark gray GMC Acadia with Kansas tag 194LFY.
